What a gem!! I just fell upon this small local spot. Devleta, the owner, is amazing. She runs the whole operation by herself, server, cook, and whatever else! The food is delicious. Fresh. You won't go away hungry, as she will make sure of that. And the atmosphere is like you are in Bosnia, as she is playing videos of her country, her hometown. Most of the clients are from the Balkans. Even though I don't live close, I have been there several times. Don't miss out on some great food and at a unique place

I was in Europe. This adorable Bosnian cafe served the dark coffee of Eastern Europe in fine demitasse cups. The pastry was delicate but filling. Tables were occupied by people speaking language beautifully unfamiliar. We will return

I've never had Bosnian food before but I'm very glad I stopped in. It was a simple but delicious homemade breakfast with a great cup of Turkish coffee. You've never had a pita like this before!

Came here for lunch with a friend who found this place for my birthday. I'm Bosnian and was craving some really good food. This place definitely had that and then some. The owner is a beautiful, sweet woman. She greeted my friend and I with a smile and took very good care of us. I felt like I was with family. The food was amazing. I ordered the cevapcici, the meat was perfect and bread was amazing!! I had coffee cause that is what you do as tradition. It was perfect. I will be coming back for sure. Make sure if you come bring cash as this is a cash only establishment.

Stopped in while in phoenix. Kind woman with delicious cevapi. This place is still open as of 2/18/22. I'm not sure why yelp has it listed as closed.

Of all the places my coworkers could of taken me to for my birthday lunch, they took me here. Nicholas my subordinate had decided that this was a great place. My supervisor was not very sure herself. The place looked very dated and not very cafe like. It looked very shady.... but all went well. The service was very good, the staff was super friendly and did everything to please us. They even gave me a chocolate egg with treasure inside for my birthday. And they gave everyone else a banana chocolate treat. At the time there were only two items available for order. Everyone ordered this beef sausage pita thing and it came with a tasty red sauce. And my supervisor ordered some stew that came with bread. And Nicholas got us all the Coke in the glass bottles. The food was not bad at all, very tasty and different indeed. Overall a great experience....a little scary but a good place.
